General Agreement

Welcome to DoRich Group Limited (“DoRich”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These declaration and terms (collectively “Agreement”) set forth the acknowledgements, terms and conditions of your participation into our program, namely, the DoRich Star Child Program (DoRich 孩子飛躍計畫) (hereinafter referred to as "Star Child Program").

Legal Agreement & Legal Binding

1. The Agreement is legally binding between you on your own behalf and on behalf of the participant (collectively “you”) and us (collectively referred to as the “Parties”). Please read the Agreement carefully.

2. This Agreement comprises the entire agreement for the enrolment and participation of DoRich Star Child Program between the Parties, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations and warranties, and communications, whether by writing and orally.

3. Once you enter into this Agreement, the Agreement will take legal and binding effect immediately. ​

Scope of Services

4. The Star Child Program is a program tailored for children aged 4 to 13 in Hong Kong, the PRC.

5. The aim of the Star Child Program is to provide participants with growth opportunity and skill development. The components of the Star Child Program include but not limited to Guide to Transforming Education, Training Camp, Show Casting Training, Filming, etc. The aforesaid components may be subject to adjustment at the sole discretion of DoRich.

Payment

6. You agree and acknowledge that any enrolment payment for the DoRich Star Child Program shall be paid in full to us. Your payment obligation is irrespective of whether you have started or taken part in any part of the course or services.

7. If the payment or any part thereof is not successful as informed by us, you shall pay the outstanding payable amount to us as soon as possible or such other timeframe as agreed by us.

Program Change Policy

8. The particulars of cancellation and refund, change of program and discontinuation, if any, are set forth in the Agreement or its supplements.

Confidentiality

9. You agree that you will not engage in any form of recording (including written, photographic, video or audio) during and after your participation in the Star Child Program.

10. You acknowledge and agree that all information, experiences shared, communications or data in any form provided, shared or disclosed to you by DoRich Group and/or any Star Child Program participants shall be deemed "Confidential Information".

11. All information of or derived from the Confidential Information, whether in written, oral or any tangible form and other forms, shall be treated as Confidential Information, and you shall be bound by this confidentiality obligation at all times.

12. The entire confidentiality policies are set forth in the Agreement or its supplement.

Terms of Website Use

13. These terms of website use apply whenever you visit https://flyhighdorich.com/optin-page any other related website or online portal(s) as the case may be (the “Website”), access to the content thereof, enrol to any of the course, and/or engage in any services provided by us. You agree to comply with these terms of website use when accessing and using content of the Website. You are responsible for all your use of the content. We reserve the right to amend the scope of your access, suspend or terminate your access to our Website and services from time to time without prior notice.

14. The content of the Website is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. With your enrolment to our course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the course content on a view-only basis through the Website. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest in relation to the course content shall be transferred to you.

Declarations and Disclaimer

15. By signing the Agreement, you declare and warrant that:

I. You fully understand the content and terms of the Agreement;

II. You agree to voluntarily comply with all the terms of the Agreement;

III. You confirm that you, as the guardian for the participant, is 18 years of age or above; and

IV. You fully waive any rights or claims of any nature, past, present and future, against DoRich or its affiliated companies, their directors, employees, shareholders, successors, trustees, associates, supporting personnel and assignees (collectively referred to as the "DoRich Group"). This waiver includes that you will not take any action against DoRich's programs through the Consumer Council or similar agencies within the jurisdiction.

V. You fully understand the outcomes of the Star Child Program may vary due to individual differences or external factors. We do not guarantee specific achievements and you acknowledge risks associated with program activities (e.g. physical injury, emotional stress) and waive claims for indirect damages.

16. You have the full authority to sign this Agreement on your own behalf and on behalf of the participant which shall be legally binding and enforceable against you and the participants.

Your Obligations

17. You shall respond promptly to our request to provide direction, information, approvals, authorisations or decisions that are reasonably necessary for us to perform in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.

18. You shall provide relevant materials or information as we may request to carry out the Star Child Program in a timely manner and ensure the materials or information are complete and accurate in all material respects.

19. You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the Star Child Program and this Agreement.

Termination

20. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without prior notice, if you violate any terms of this Agreement without notice to you, fail to pay any amount when due under this Agreement, or has not otherwise performed or complied with any of the terms of this Agreement, in whole or in part.
